A bailiff entering a home in Vienna to enforce a rent arrears order found more than 1,000 dried out cannabis plants, police in the Austrian capital reported on Sunday. The plantation covered the entire floor area of the residence. The plants were dried out and no longer suitable for sale or use. The tenant had also bridged the electricity meter and laid unauthorized cables to run the plantation, the police report said.
