Mark and Patricia McCloskey, a Missouri couple who harassed social justice protesters marching past their house last summer, could face disbarment. Alan Pratzel, the Missouri chief disciplinary counsel, asked the state’s supreme court to revoke the law licenses of the two personal injury lawyers, according to court documents. Back in June 2020, the McCloskeys pointed guns at protestors who walked through their gated community.
