India's GDP Grows 8.7% In FY22, Q4 Growth Slows To 4.1%
By Mohammed Kudrati The Indian economy grew 8.4% in the previous financial year ending March 31 this year, and 4.1% in last quarter (Q4) of the financial year (January to March 2022), data released by the Ministry of Statistics and Programme Implementation (MOSPI) shows. These numbers are largely in line with expectations.
