Strawberries with mozzarella

Ingredients for 4 people:

300 g mini mozzarella balls
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
4 tsp. cassis jam
3 tbsp orange juice
2-3 tsp. pickled green peppercorns
500 g strawberries
1 handful basil leaves

Preparation:

1. Drain the mozzarella balls well. Stir together the balsamic vinegar, cassis jam
and orange juice. Chop the peppercorns and stir in. Add the mozzarella balls and mix. Cover and marinate for approx. 10-15 minutes.

2. Rinse and clean the strawberries and halve or quarter them, depending on their size.

3. Loosely mix the strawberries with the mozzarella balls and basil leaves and serve.

Preparation time approx. 20 minutes
