Pasta nests au gratin

Ingredients for 4 people:

1 carrot (approx. 150 g)
Salt
4 wedding noodle nests (á 25 g)
2 tbsp. cream cheese with herbs de Provence
1 egg (size M)
pepper
tr. rosemary
4 goat's cheese dumplings
1 tbsp. olive oil

Also:
Rosemary to garnish
Grease for the ramekins

Preparation:

1. Peel the carrot and cut into fine, wide strips with a peeler. Blanch briefly in boiling salted water, drain.

2. Cook the pasta in boiling salted water for 3-5 minutes, drain. Whisk together the cream cheese and egg. Season with salt, pepper and rosemary.

3. Mix the noodles and carrots and spread out carefully in small greased moulds. Drizzle with beaten egg and bake in a preheated oven (E.Cooker: 200°C/ Gas: Level 3) for approx. 10 minutes.

4. Turn out of the ramekins and cover each with a goat's cheese on top. Drizzle with oil and season with pepper. Gratinate briefly under the hot grill.

Serve garnished with fresh rosemary.
