Melon salad

Ingredients for 4 people:

1 Charantais melon
400 g watermelon (net, flesh)
1 cucumber
4 stalks of celery
150 g mozzarella
2 organic limes
1/2 tsp dried, ground chilli pepper
Salt
2 tsp sugar
2 tbsp oil
3 stalks coriander

Preparation:

1. Halve the Charantais melon and remove the seeds. First cut the melon into Cut into wedges, peel and then cut into pieces. Peel the cucumber. Rinse and clean the celery. Slice the cucumber and celery. Dice the mozzarella.

2. Rinse one lime and grate the zest. Squeeze both limes. Mix the lime juice and zest, chilli, 1 pinch of salt, sugar and oil. Mix the prepared ingredients with the marinade. Cover the salad and leave to marinate, in the fridge for about 30 minutes.

3. Rinse the coriander, remove the leaves from the stalks, fold into the salad and serve.

Preparation time approx. 25 minutes + 30 minutes marinating time.
