Ingredients for 4 pieces:
4 pink grapefruit
juice of 1 lemon
2 heaped tablespoons brown sugar
8 cl gin
200 g crushed ice
Also:
Tonic water to top up
Preparation:
1. Squeeze the grapefruit, measure out 400 ml juice.
2. Chop the grapefruit juice, lemon juice, sugar, gin and crushed ice finely in a blender, until the ice is dissolved. Fill the bottles 2/3 full. Pour on tonic water and serve with straws.
