Carrot Banana Smoothie

Ingredients for 4 people:

1 large banana
400 g yoghurt
3 tbsp maple syrup
2 tbsp lemon juice
150 ml carrot juice
1 tsp freshly grated ginger
carrot greens or parsley to garnish if desired

Preparation:

1. Peel the banana and cut into pieces. Place in a blender with the other ingredients and blend vigorously.

2. Immediately pour into glasses and serve. Garnish with carrot greens or parsley.

Preparation time approx. 10 minutes
