Ingredients for 4 people:
Juice of one lemon
6 tbsp. olive oil
1 bunch Thyme
Salt
Pepper from the mill
1 untreated lemon, cut into thin slices
4 salmon cutlets (á 200 g)
Preparation:
1. Mix lemon juice, olive oil and plucked thyme leaves, season with salt and pepper. Add the lemon slices to the marinade and leave to marinate for at least 1 hour.
2. Grill the salmon on the hot grill for 4-5 minutes on each side. Grill the lemon slices for about 2 minutes.
3. Serve with potato salad with cherry tomatoes and cress.
