Mango - Shake

Ingredients for 4 glasses:

2 ripe mango
400 ml low-fat kefir
2 level tablespoons sugar
100 ml lime juice
approx. 8 crushed ice cubes
2 tablespoons of melting flakes
4 scoops (á 70 g) vanilla ice cream
Also:
Drinking straws

Preparation:

1. peel mango, dice pulp. Mix with kefir, sugar, lime juice, crushed ice and melting flakes.

2. Fill shake with 1 scoop of vanilla ice cream into each glass. Serve with drinking straw.
