Farmer's bread with coleslaw and turkey

Ingredients for 4 people:

1 package (550 g) Pulled Turkey
1 onion
100 g cream cheese, 12 % fat
paprika powder
chili powder
salt, pepper
1/2 red and 1/2 green bell pepper
200 g coleslaw (ready-made)
4 slices of farmhouse bread of 60 g each
chopped parsley for sprinkling

Preparation:

1. Prepare Pulled Turkey according to package directions in oven.

2. Peel and finely dice onion. Mix cream cheese with paprika powder, chili powder, salt and pepper. Stir in diced onion.

3. Rinse bell pepper and cut into very fine strips. Squeeze coleslaw in paper towel and loosen again.

4. Shred Pulled Turkey with a fork. Spread farmhouse bread with cream cheese. Top with coleslaw, bell pepper strips and Pulled Turkey and serve sprinkled with parsley.
