Chicory on orange slice with honey chili vinaigrette

Ingredients for 4 people:

2 oranges
1 large chicory
juice of 1 lime
1-2 teaspoons of liquid honey
1 pinch of ground, dried chili
salt, pepper
2 tbsp walnut oil
some Thai cress or garden cress as an alternative

Preparation:

1. Rinse oranges thoroughly. Cut each orange into 6 slices. Heat a coated frying pan dry. Fry the orange slices on both sides briefly. Clean the chicory, rinse and cut into fine strips.

2. Mix lime juice with honey, chili, a little salt and pepper. Add walnut oil.

3. Place three orange slices on each plate, then place the chicory strips on top.
Drizzle with the vinaigrette and garnish with cress.
