Tortiglioni with paprika

Ingredients for 4 people:

1 tablespoon sesame seeds, peeled
1 each red, green and yellow bell bell pepper
1 tablespoon oil
1 small sprig of rosemary
50 g pecorino or old Gouda cheese
pepper
400 g of twisted pasta (e.g. tortiglioni)
salt

Preparation:

1. Toast sesame seeds in a dry, coated pan. Pour onto a plate.

2. Quarter, clean and rinse the peppers. Cut peppers into pieces. Heat the oil and fry the peppers briefly. Add rosemary leaves. Grate the cheese. Sprinkle half over the peppers and mix. Season with pepper.

3. Cook pasta in plenty of salted water until al dente. Drain and mix with peppers. Serve sprinkled with sesame seeds and remaining pecorino.
