Asparagus Wraps mit Pulled Turkey

Ingredients for 4 people:

1 package (550 g) Pulled Turkey
12 spears green asparagus (approx. 350 g)
Salt
200 g cream cheese, 12 % fat
100 g mango chutney
Chilli powder
Pepper
some lettuce leaves
4 tortilla patties à 63,3 g

Preparation:

1. Prepare Pulled Turkey according to package instructions in the oven.

2. Peel the lower third of the asparagus spears, cut off the ends generously.
Rinse the asparagus and cook in salted water for about 4-5 minutes. Rinse the asparagus in cold water and drain well.

3. Mix the cream cheese with the mango chutney and season with salt, chilli powder and pepper to taste. Rinse the lettuce leaves and pat dry.

4. Spread the mango cream cheese on the tortilla patties. Top with lettuce leaves and green asparagus. Break up the Pulled Turkey with a fork and spread on top. Roll up the tortilla patties and cut in half crosswise.
