Ingredients for 4 people:

2 round Camemberts (approx. 250 g in total)
some flour
1 egg (L)
pepper
100 g breadcrumbs
oil for frying
For the dip
150 g fig jam
50 g Dijon mustard cream
1 tsp finely chopped tarragon
1 pinch of salt
Also:

Preparation:

1. Cut the camembert into small corners. Dredge in flour, tapping off excess flour. Beat the egg with a little pepper. Then coat each corner in egg and breadcrumbs. Chill briefly.

2. In the meantime, heat the oil for frying. Mix the fig jam, mustard cream and tarragon. Season with salt. Rinse and clean the celery and cut into thin strips.

3. Fry the Camembert wedges in hot oil until golden brown. Drain briefly on kitchen paper. Serve together with the fig dip and celery.
