Mini dumplings with basil pesto and paprika vegetables

Ingredients for 2 people:

For the pepper vegetables:

1 each small red, yellow and green pepper
2 onions
2 tbsp oil
salt, pepper
a few basil leaves

Also:

1 pack (400 g) mini dumplings
Salt
2 tablespoons basil pesto (ready-made)

Preparation:

1. Quarter, clean, rinse and chop the peppers. Peel the onions and cut into wedges. Heat the oil in a coated pan. Fry the peppers and onions for about 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Just before before serving, fold in the basil leaves.

2. Cook the dumplings in salted water according to the instructions. Drain and place in a warmed bowl. Mix with the pesto and serve with the paprika vegetables.
