The air-raid alert sounded 989 times in the capital.

About 800 residential buildings, 122 educational institutions, 18 healthcare facilities, and 17 social institutions were damaged in the brutal enemy attacks on Kyiv.

To date, almost 209,500 internally displaced persons have been registered in the city, including about 46,000 children. At the same time, Klitschko did not specify how many people currently live in Kyiv. According to his December 2023 report, the population of the capital was almost the same as before the invasion – about 3.5 to 3.6 million residents.

Over the past two years, ambulance crews made 1741 visits to missile and drone attack sites and helped 1034 patients, including 36 children.

Despite the war, 36,620 babies were born in Kyiv, including 647 twins and 6 triplets.
