There are two times of year Kardashians fans look forward to most and at long last a fresh batch of episodes is so close we can almost taste it. The family of reality stars have had fans waiting since November last year for The Kardashians season 5. Finally, a trailer has arrived.
Kris Jenner, her daughters, Kim, Khloé, Kourtney Kardashian, and Kylie and Kendall Jenner all star in the show alongside Kris’ long-term partner, Corey Gamble, and Kourtney’s ex, Scott Disick. The lives of the super-rich family are documented in their Hulu show. Cameras follow them as they navigate, work, family, and love-life challenges in The Kardashians.
The Kardashians season 5 trailer
On March 9, a short and sweet snippet of The Kardashians season 5 trailer arrived.
The 15-second clip sees Kourtney, Kim, and Khloé crowding around a fire outdoors in other-worldly settings.
The sisters appear to be in a desert environment as Kim looks towards the night sky in one scene.
The clip then cuts to the sun rising alongside Kylie, before Kendall, Kris, Khloé, and Kourtney appear on screen.
The words: “New horizons await” flashes on the screen before the six ladies stand together for a final shot.
Kardashians clip oozes ‘drama
Many Keeping Up With the Kardashians fans will recall many trailers gone by. After all, the family has been starring in their own reality TV shows since 2007.
However, The Kardashians season 5 trailer could top any before it due to its “Dune” theme and accompanying song.
A vocal artist can be heard singing the words: “…they call the rising sun” alongside piano music which are words from The Animals House of the Rising Sun.
Fans aren’t convinced
The Kardashians appear to be gearing up for a drama-filled season 5, judging by the newly-released 15-second trailer.
But, some people aren’t convinced the show’s new episodes will live up to what the trailer seems to be offering.
One fan tweeted via X (Twitter): “There is no scene in Keeping Up with The Kardashians that could ever warrant this dramatic a** trailer I’m crying.”
More didn’t quite get this season’s trailer theme, writing: “If I didn’t know about The Kardashians, I’d think this is a trailer for a wilderness survival-esque show.”
