Strictly Come Dancing star Nikita appears to not only have his girlfriend’s heart, but the nation’s, too. He, Bradley Riches, and Colson Smith are making an entertaining trio on Celebrity Big Brother. But, Nikita is also being linked to another housemate thanks to Louis and viewers have had “enough.”
Nikita Kuzmin has a girlfriend
The beginning of March brought with it a brand new series of Celebrity Big Brother and it’s safe to say fans are hooked.
As all kinds of drama plays out on the ITV show, fans are bringing up some truths to shut down any romantic rumors swirling around the house.
Louis Walsh took the opportunity of suggesting there is some kind of spark between Ekin-Su, 29, and Nikita, 26, in series 23.
However, viewers are shutting the idea down big time, with many feeling for Nikita’s girlfriend back home.
Meet Lauren Jaine
Late last year, Nikita was romantically linked to First Management-signed model Lauren Jaine Tagg.
The Strictly Come Dancing star confirmed his romance via Instagram last October, per Metro UK.
Lauren can be found on IG at @lauren.jaine where she has almost 9,000 followers. With 18k followers, she’s also on TikTok with the same handle.
Taking to the comments section to answer why she was referred to as Nikita’s “friend” on CBB rather than his girlfriend, Lauren explained: “They just made an error with the name badges! I wasn’t the only one who was called a friend when we were actually a partner. It wasn’t a big deal and not enough time to get them changed.”
Nikita’s beau is clearly super talented as she not only models, but shares some of her career achievements on LinkedIn, too.
She studied fashion and design at Staffordshire University before launching her own clothing brand and also trying her hand at estate agency.
Lauren is currently training to be a Design and Technology teacher at St Joseph’s College Stoke-on-Trent, per her bio.
Fans aren’t impressed
In Nikita’s promo video for Celebrity Big Brother, he explained how he’s a “very passionate person” who “is flirty all the time.”
Though this might be the case, fans aren’t having any of it when it comes to Nikita and Ekin-Su being “shipped.”
Many are taking to X (Twitter) to share their thoughts: “No they need to stop this whole Ekin and Nikita thing, Nikita has a girlfriend!
Another said: “Watching Ekin-Su drool over Nikita is very uncomfortable to watch.”
More urged the other housemates to “shhhh,” adding: “Louis.. Nikita has a girlfriend on the outside…” and “Louis stop please Nikita has a gf enough is enough”
Others shared GIFs and memes of the situation, tweeting: “me if Louis peer pressures Ekin-Su to fancy Nikita after she said he has a girlfriend and she’s being respectful.”
