KFC has brought back the much-loved Blackberry Lemonade this month, and extended the flavor into other well-loved drinks.
The fruity soda first launched in June 2023 and was a hit over the summer. Now, it’s returned alongside four brand-new menu options.
KFC’s new Blackberry drinks
Blackberry is a fruity red syrup that combines “the perfect combination of tart and fruity flavors,” KFC said in a press release last year.
For the first time ever, KFC is now letting customers add the Blackberry flavor into other beverages, like Pepsi and Mountain Dew.
These five options are available at participating KFC locations nationwide right now:
- Blackberry Pepsi
- Blackberry Starry
- Blackberry MTN Dew Sweet Lightening
- Blackberry Sweet Tea
- BlackBerry Lemonade
“We give ✨ options ✨,” KFC joked on Instagram.
It’s a yes from KFC fans
The new drinks are going down well with fast food fans, who can’t wait to try all the new combinations.
One person wrote on Instagram: “Oh damn I wanna try all of them.”
“That’s awesome that the blackberry syrup can be added to any drink,” said another.
A third person added: “Starry blackberry tho 👀.”
“The blackberry lemonade is too fire 🔥🔥🔥🔥,” someone else said.
Another wrote: “That blackberry ice tea 👀 I’m down.”
The new drinks come as the chain as has just released a brand new menu item called the Chizza, which is a combination of chicken and pizza.
It consists of two crispy chicken fillets topped with “zesty” marinara sauce, melty mozzarella cheese, and crispy pepperoni.
The innovative concoction is available for a limited time on its own or as a combo meal, with Secret Recipe Fries and a medium drink.
