Why Wolves are annoyed with Nottingham Forest
One factor that dominated the summer for Wolves was FFP. The club set about to balance their books selling multiple stars such as Ruben Neves and Matheus Nunes for record fees to ensure they broke no rules in the future.
However, not all clubs were able to stay within this threshold. Everton and Nottingham Forest have both been docked points for breaking rules relating to Profit and Sustainability rules.
In their case, Forest named Wolves, specifically their decision to sell Neves June. This has subsequently annoyed the Molineux side as the East Midlands club brought up their fellow Premier League outfit.

Potential Matheus Cunha shock
Cunha has been a big miss for Wolves over recent weeks. The attacker was in his best form since putting on an Old Gold shirt but an injury against Brentford in February forced him to the sidelines.
There is hope that after the international break, he will be available for the West Midlands derby against Aston Villa. However, journalist Liam Keen insisted that he would be ‘shocked’ if the Brazilian started.

Fabio Silva’s asking price revealed
One man who looks like he has played his last game for Gary O’Neil is Fabio Silva. The striker never set the world alight at Molineux.
Despite being handed the number nine shirt at the start of the 2023/24 season, he was soon dropped from the starting XI and sent on loan to Scottish side Rangers.
It is now believed that Wolves want to cash in on the striker with £15 million being the quoted asking price.
