Putin's regime is unlikely to use propaganda about Ukraine's involvement in the terrorist attack in the Moscow region to intensify the war. Russia is already using its entire arsenal against Ukraine, according to Andrii Yusov, according to the representative of the Defense Intelligence of Ukraine.

"Putin and Putin's Russia are waging a genocidal war against Ukraine, using the entire arsenal, except for weapons of mass destruction. Our critical civilian infrastructure, energy, cultural, social, and medical facilities are being destroyed. Hundreds, thousands of such facilities have been destroyed by Putin's missiles and drones. Putin's tanks are killing our civilians and our defenders. What kind of escalation can we talk about now?" he says.

According to Ukrainian intelligence, the Kremlin regime will use the terrorist attack in the Crocus City Hall shopping center near Moscow to strengthen mobilization and try to transform the image of Russia from aggressor to victim.

"But neither Putin, nor Lavrov, nor Shoigu, nor the other murderers look like victims. Putin remains the biggest and most important terrorist in the world, along with his regime and its leaders," Yusov adds.

The representative of the DIU also notes that Moscow's inability to prevent the terrorist attack is a complete collapse of Putin's power model in the eyes of voters. According to Yusov, dictator Vladimir Putin has demonstrated to everyone, even to his entourage, that he is unable to control the situation in the country.

Terrorist attack

On the evening of Friday, March 22, several armed men in camouflage opened fire in the shopping center Crocus City Hall in Krasnogorsk, Moscow Region. According to the Russians, the attack killed more than 100 people.

The ISIS group claimed responsibility for the attack. Nevertheless, Russians are trying to pin the attack on Ukraine. Thus, dictator Vladimir Putin said that the terrorists allegedly wanted to escape to Ukraine, where a window had been prepared for them.

The day before, the head of Russia's FSB, Alexander Bortnikov, said that the United States, the United Kingdom, and Ukraine were behind the terrorist attack in the Moscow region.

At the same time, according to Bloomberg, Putin's entourage does not believe in his theory about the connection between Ukraine and the terrorist attack near Moscow.
