There probably aren’t many Real Housewives fans who haven’t heard about Shannon Beador’s “tough” split from John Janssen. The mom of three really thought she’d found the one when she met John. But, it turned out things weren’t meant to be as he’s now dating a former RHOC star, Alexis Bellino.
As if Shannon Beador’s split from her ex-husband, David Beador, wasn’t bad enough, the Real Housewives of Orange County star ended up unlucky in love again over a year ago. Thankfully, she now says she’s in a “good place mentally” as she spends some quality time with Jeff Lewis over the Easter break.

Appearing on SiriusXM’s Jeff Lewis Live, Shannon explained how she believed her relationship with ex John would be “forever.”
They were together for three and a half years before John broke up with Shannon in November 2022.
Shannon, at the time, was “blindsided” and publicly said the two wouldn’t get back together.
John later got into a relationship with fellow Bravo star Alexis and the two are still going strong as he gave her a promise ring late last year.
She’s ‘good’ post-break-up
Despite a “tough” turn of events in her love life, Shannon updates her fans that she’s doing fine now.
On the podcast, she said how she’s in a “really good place mentally” and wants to keep moving forward in her life.
On April 1, the RHOC star took to Instagram to share a snap with Jeff and her daughter, captioned: “The Easter celebration continues with @jljefflewis!”
She looks super happy as she poses alongside her loved ones.
Speaking to Jeff, Shannon explained: “I want to move forward with my life. I don’t want to think about John Janssen. I don’t want to think about him anymore. I am in a really good place mentally and I want to keep going forward, not backward.”
