KFC tease collaboration with Prime as 'fried chicken-flavored' drink trends online

KFC teased a potential collab with Logan Paul and KSI’s brand for a fried chicken PRIME Drink and fans don’t know how to feel about the most unexpected flavor.

On April 1, the influencer posted a video of himself trying the fried chicken-favored PRIME Drink, which comes with a serious warning not to be ignored.

Logan Paul teases fried chicken-flavored PRIME Drink

Would you try a PRIME Drink that tasted like a KFC dish? Well, even Logan couldn’t keep it in his mouth for more than a second.

The viral video on his TikTok depicts him ordering the fried chicken-flavored PRIME at a KFC drive-thru, packed inside a bucket featuring his caricature, and covered with a lid holding two bottles.

An excited Logan sips on it only to spit it out immediately. Another TikTok user who was able to get his hands on the new-flavored drink revealed in his video that the product is only meant as a prank and has a note that warns you against consuming it.

The label on the 500 ml bottle has Fried Chicken PRIME printed on the top, while it says “Frydation” at the bottom.

However, the note on the side clearly states: “Prank responsibly. This product is not intended for consumption.” As for its taste, the TikTok user described it as “watered-down chicken broth.”

Although some fans soon realized the fried chicken-flavored drink was a well-staged April Fools’ joke, the majority hopes it never comes true.

One fan said: “I love PRIME, but the fried chicken flavor just doesn’t sound right.”

“That’s literally the most random thing ever, but it’s funny to me,” said another.

A third person wrote: “I like Prime but I feel like that this is going to be the worst flavor.”

KFC says a collaboration is possible

Looks like a KFC and PRIME collab could be a “reality” thanks to the fried chicken brand’s response to Logan’s video.

KFC Canada’s official Twitter (X) account made an announcement only a few hours ago, teasing a potential KFC x PRIME edition.

The caption reads: “Get this post to 50K likes and we could make this collaboration a reality. Logan Paul, Prime Hydrate let’s give the people what they want.”

Whereas, the images in the post feature the YouTuber holding the fried chicken PRIME and presumably more drinks in different flavors placed below the April Fools’ beverage.

Neither PRIME hydration nor KFC have revealed further information on the rumored future collaboration.
