Tottenham Hotspur are being encouraged by one Premier League club behind the scenes to show interest in their 24-year-old ahead of the summer transfer window.
Spurs may well be one of the sides to watch at the end of the season. They have showed a lot of promise in their first season under Ange Postecoglou.
It was also Tottenham who put a lot of their Premier League rivals to shame in January, signing both Timo Werner and Radu Dragusin.
And they may be able to offer potential targets Champions League football again next season.

One player who has been heavily linked with a move to Tottenham Hotspur Stadium over the last year or so is Conor Gallagher.
The Chelsea star is approaching the final year of his contract at Stamford Bridge.
Tottenham believe that they can get Gallagher for £45 million. And it seems that it may end up being a move which actually suits all parties.
According to a report from ESPN, Chelsea are working behind the scenes to encourage interest in the England international, with Tottenham a particular target for the Blues.
Interestingly, the report adds that Gallagher may have to leave Stamford Bridge whether he likes it or not.

Obviously, Tottenham will hope – should they make a bid – that Gallagher relishes the chance to make the move in the coming months.
It is definitely an exciting time to join Spurs. And Gallagher’s all-action style hints that he would be a brilliant addition to Postecoglou’s midfield.
Tottenham will also hope that they can use Chelsea’s stance to their advantage. It is going to be a lot harder to drive a hard bargain when clubs know that the Blues are more than happy to consider offers this summer.
But given that dynamic, it would be no surprise if there were plenty of twists and turns before Gallagher’s future is decided.
