"I misheard the question; if asked again, I would not have answered that way," said Dujarric .

Dujarric previously said that the UN "stands against and calls for a halt to all attacks on civilian infrastructure", responding to a question from a journalist about a UAV strike on Yelabuga, Tatarstan.

On April 2, two UAVs attacked industrial facilities in Russia’s Yelabuga and Nizhnekamsk, located more than 1,000 kilometers from Ukrainian territory.

Local media reported that six people were injured in the attack on an oil refinery in Nizhnekamsk.

According to NV's sources, a Shahed kamikaze drone assembly plant was hit in Yelabuga, in a joint operation by Ukraine’s SBU security service and Defense Intelligence (HUR).
