Netflix star 'isn't waiting for seat at table' as she's missing from show trailer

Brandi Marshall has fans asking where she is after she didn’t show up in the Selling The OC season 3 trailer. However, her boyfriend, Sean Marshall, is certainly there, stirring up serious drama over rumors.

When Selling The OC‘s season 3 trailer came out, there was one key cast member missing: Brandi Marshall. Many fans took to social media to ask where she is, just a month after she wrote a cryptic post.

Selling The OC fans ask where Brandi is

When Brandi Marshall didn’t make an appearance on Selling The OC’s season 3 trailer, social media went wild. One fan wrote, “Brandi messed with the wrong team and now she’s missing this season.”

They added, “SMH hope she returns #SellingTheOC.” Another viewer wrote, “WHERE IS BRANDI????? #SellingTheOC,” to which fans speculated that “maybe she quit.”

Despite the no-show, Brandi still proudly states Selling The OC in her Instagram bio and remains working as a realtor specialising in luxury residential real estate in the same area.

Brandi ‘isn’t waiting for a seat’

Brandi shared a cryptic post in March 2024, writing that she is “not waiting for a seat at the table” where she’s “building” her own. She tagged Newport Beach, California, proving that’s where she still works.

Alex Hall told Yahoo, “Our [hers and Brandi] friendship really is where it left at the end of season 2, to be honest. Like the other cast members have mentioned, we filmed an entirely other season after that.”

“We filmed season 3 — we’re not even finished yet — and so there’s a little bit more that goes into it, but for the most part, I wouldn’t really call it a friendship at this point,” she added.

She still works at The Oppenheim Group

The Oppenheim Group still lists Brandi as an employee, while she’s been promoting listings on social media. So while she’s still an agent, it just looks like she won’t be on Selling The OC.

Brandi’s husband, Sean, announced he was leaving the show in November 2023. By his side is his wife, who was enveloped in drama in season 2, and did not appear in the season 3 trailer.

She said she felt “ambushed” after airing her feelings about two of her “messy” co-workers, while Tyler Stanaland begged for people to “stop talking about him” in episode 2.
