As close as it can get! Bubba Wallace barely lost out on the Martinsville pole as Kyle Larson beat him by one-thousandth of a second. Wallace almost had his third career pole in the NASCAR Cup Series.

After just getting beat, Bubba Wallace decided to get a little cheeky. He and Larson have had their history and run-ins. As recently as last week the two were trading paint on the race track.

As Jamie Little spoke with Wallace, he had to have a little fun.

“Of all people, it’d be Larson by a thousandth,”Wallace said. “They’re good, he’s one of the best. Proud of our team though, so that’s good.”

This is a developing story…
