'Wow'... Declan Rice and Martin Odegaard blown away by one Arsenal star in Brighton win

Arsenal maintained their unbeaten record in the Premier League with an emphatic 3-0 win against Brighton & Hove Albion, with Kai Havertz again the star.

The German international bagged his ninth league goal of the season as Havertz also assisted Leandro Trossard in what was one of Arsenal’s most professional performances to date this campaign.

With the win taking Arsenal back to the top of the Premier League at the top of writing, Havertz’s performance could not have been more important for the Gunners in their quest to win the league.

And taking to Instagram, Declan Rice and Martin Odegaard were amazed with what they saw from Havertz, with the England international simply sending ‘wow’ to his Arsenal teammate after last night.

Given how impressive Havertz has been since the turn of the year, the 24-year-old has more than deserved this wave of praise from teammates and fans.

Indeed, Arsenal would not be in their current position without Havertz and the trust Mikel Arteta has entrusted the German with in playing the centre-forward role.

And praise from the likes of Rice and Odegaard is nothing but a positive for Havertz, who is now starting to become a true star player for Arsenal in this current system.

Havertz has been nothing short of sensational for Arsenal this season, with the former Chelsea outcast finally finding a home for himself in the Premier League in north London.

Yet there is a real chance that the German superstar could get even better at Arsenal, with Arteta yet to truly unlock Havertz’s real potential in this system.

With question marks still floating around if Havertz is the real long-term option at striker for Arsenal, a return to midfield isn’t out of the question, yet performances this time around could be different in the best possible sense.
