Jurgen Klopp already predicts if Arsenal will beat Manchester United next month

Jurgen Klopp has already predicted how Arsenal will do against Manchester United next month after Liverpool’s latest result at Old Trafford.

The Reds left it late to rescue a point as Liverpool were held in Manchester by the Red Devils in a thrilling 2-2 draw, putting Arsenal top of the Premier League on goal difference.

With the Gunners set to travel to United next month, Erik Ten Hag’s side could play a big role in the Premier League title race if the English giants are on the top of their game.

Yet speaking to the press via TNTSport, Klopp claimed that Arsenal would have no trouble against United if the Manchester giants played the same way they did on Sunday against Liverpool.

Indeed, with Arsenal in their best form in some years, it is perhaps no real surprise that Klopp predicts the Gunners to get something at Old Trafford, where this year United have looked vulnerable.

Klopp said after yesterday’s result: “We played two games [at Old Trafford] and got one point and got knocked out of the [FA] Cup. But in all my time I don’t think we have ever dominated the way we did [today].

“Arsenal is a good football team and if [United] play like today, Arsenal will win that game, I’m 100% sure, I’m really sorry to say that but this is a matter of fact. We should’ve won both games and didn’t. That’s our fault.”

Whilst there is a real chance that Arsenal beat United when the Gunners make the trip up north next month, Klopp pinning pressure on the north London side to get the three points is Mind Games 101.

Liverpool’s result this weekend in Manchester puts Arsenal in a dream position to challenge for the title, with Mikel Arteta’s side the in-form team in the Premier League this year.

Yet Klopp putting the spotlight on Arsenal is a sneaky way of potentially putting the Gunners off the game, with next month’s clash in Manchester a potential title decider if things go to plan.
