Over the past day, there have been 56 military clashes on the front line. The enemy was most active in the Novopavlivka direction, with occupiers attempting to breach our troops' defence 26 times, according to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Russian shelling
Over the past day, there have been 56 military clashes.
In total, the enemy has launched 4 missile strikes and 97 air strikes, as well as conducted 92 shelling attacks with rocket artillery on our troops' positions and civilian settlements.
Unfortunately, as a result of Russian terrorist attacks, there are casualties among the civilian population. Several high-rise buildings and other objects of civilian infrastructure have been destroyed or damaged.
The following areas were affected by air strikes:
- Bilopillia, Sumy region, and the city of Sumy;
- Petropavlivka, Nesterne, Lyptsi, Ternova, Malyi Burluk, Kharkiv region;
- Stelmakhivka, Makiivka, and the Serebrianske Forestry area, Luhansk region;
- Terni, Verkhniokamyanske, Ivanivske, Rozdolivka, Kostiantynivka, Velyka Novosilka, Novobakhmutivka, Novoselivka Persha, Ocheretyne, Netailove, Semenivka, Memryk, Novokalynove, Krasnohorivka, Berdychi, Umanske, Yasnobrodivka, Oleksandrivka, Vodiane, Urozhainе, Paraskoviivka, Staromaiorske, Donetsk region;
- Robotyne, Mala Tokmachka, Zaporizhzhia region.
Approximately 120 settlements in the Chernihiv, Sumy, Kharkiv, Luhansk, Donetsk, Zaporizhzhia, Dnipropetrovsk, Kherson, and Mykolaiv regions were under artillery fire.
Frontline situation
In the Volyn and Polissia directions, the operational situation remains relatively unchanged.
In the Siversk and Slobozhanske directions, the enemy maintains military presence in border areas, conducts sabotage activities to prevent the transfer of our troops to threatening directions, and increases the density of mine-explosive barriers along the state border.
In theKupiansk direction, the enemy did not engage in offensive (assault) actions.
In the Lyman direction, our troops repelled one enemy attack near the village of Terni in the Donetsk region, where the enemy, supported by aviation, attempted to break through our troops' defence.
In the Bakhmut direction, our troops repelled 14 attacks in the areas of the villages of Bilohorivka in the Luhansk region; and Verkhniokamianske, Spirne, Klischiivka, Andriivka, Stupochky in the Donetsk region.
In the Avdiivka direction, our defenders repelled 6 attacks in the areas of the villages of Berdychi, Umanske, and Nevelske in the Donetsk region, where the enemy, supported by aviation, tried to dislodge our units from their positions.
In the Novopavlivka direction, the Defense Forces continued to restrain the enemy in the areas of the villages of Krasnohorivka, Heorhiivka, and Novomykhailivka, where the enemy, supported by aviation, attempted 26 times to break through our troops' defence.
In the Orikhiv direction, the enemy attacked our defenders' positions twice in the area of the village of Staromaiorske in the Donetsk region and northwest of Verbove in the Zaporizhzhia region.
In the Kherson direction, the enemy is not giving up on its intention to dislodge our units from the bridgeheads on the left bank of the Dnipro River. During the past day, the occupiers made 6 unsuccessful attacks on our troops' positions.
At the same time, our soldiers continue to actively engage in actions to inflict losses on the occupying forces in personnel and equipment, wearing down the enemy along the entire line of confrontation.
Enemy losses
During the past day, the Air Forces struck 4 air defence missile systems and 7 areas of concentration of enemy personnel, weapons, and military equipment.
Missile troops units delivered strikes on 1 air defence system, 2 electronic warfare stations, and 2 areas of concentration of enemy personnel.
