Kelly Ann Maddox, known as Tom Sandoval’s former assistant, was once on The Office! She’s now an assistant to Sandoval’s ex, Ariana Madix, who he cheated on during their nine-year relationship.
She often makes appearances on Vanderpump Rules with Ariana, who asks her to assist with daily tasks. Although she’s now famous for being their assistant, the Bravo star had her fair share of personal fame.
Ann Maddox on The Office
Ann Maddox, who is now in her early 40s, appeared in a 2007 episode of The Office, called Money, as a telemarketer. Her role was minor during season 4, but is widely remembered by top fans.
During The Office Ladies Podcast, co-hosts Jenna – who played Pam – and Angela wondered if she was with the man she filmed with in real life, as the script didn’t include them being touchy and close.
However, she wasn’t dating him [male actor holding her shoulder]! Her acting resume is just seriously impressive, as she encouraged Steve Carrell’s character to talk about a movie he’s working on.
She’s had other TV appearances
Two Broke Girls, Indebted, The Real O’Neal’s and Awkward are other TV shows where Ann has shown her face. She’s still pursuing acting today, too, since her most recent credit is from a 2024 short film.
Ann did tease that she is about to move on to a new job. “I am very excited about it. I can’t quite share with you what that is yet, but keep watching the show to find out,” she told The Daily Dish.
Ann now works at Ariana’s shop
Ariana Madix and Katie Maloney saved Ann from Tom Sandoval’s employment by hiring her at their sandwich shop, Something About Her. Katie explained, “Ann needs a job, and we need to hire someone.”
She added, “She’s got to look out for herself. Tom Sandoval isn’t her main priority.” Then, in a confessional, Ann said, “In my panic, I knocked on Ariana’s door and I was like, ‘I think I’m getting fired,’
“She was so nice. She took my shoulders and was like ‘You’re gonna be okay,’ and I was like, ‘Thank you!’ and then I went downstairs to the kitchen to sob,” added Ann, although Sandoval claims he didn’t fire her.
