During The Real Housewives of Miami, Marysol Patton describes her friend Alexia Nepola’s life as “one crazy story after another.” Now it looks like the 56-year-old is set to face more drama as she reveals her husband wants to “dissolve their marriage” via social media.
The Real Housewives of Miami cast features some relationships so adorable fans are envious. Guerdy Abraira and her husband, Russell, are high school sweethearts, and Julia Lemigova and Martina Navratilova have been married 10 years. Alexia and Todd Nepola were another solid Bravo couple until fans learned of their divorce this April.

After almost three years of marriage, Real Housewives of Miami stars Alexia and Todd Nepola are divorcing, Us Weekly reports.
The papers were reportedly submitted on April 11 by Todd, 51.
Following the real estate agent’s move, his wife, Alexia, took to Instagram to share how she was “shocked” and “heartbroken” by the news.
Alexia ‘prays for better times’
Taking to social media, Alexia shared her feelings on “Todd choosing to dissolve our marriage.”
She also said she “will take comfort in the fact that my friends and family will be by my side supporting me during this difficult time.”
Alexia added how she’s “praying for better times ahead.”
The mom of two has been married twice before. She tied the knot in 1992, marrying the father of her two sons, Peter Rosello Sr. The two divorced four years later. Then, Alexia married Herman Echevarria in 2004. The two were together until 2016.
She and Todd married three years ago in a “dream” ocean-side wedding.
Fans are ‘not surprised’
Given how Todd and Alexia’s marriage is portrayed on The Real Housewives of Miami, many fans of the show are taking to X (Twitter) to say they’re “not surprised” by their divorce news.
More took to a Reddit thread to say: “Alexia getting a divorce wasn’t a suprise, for the way Todd was absence from the last season and the way he always had a sharp tone with her it was bound to happen. But Ayy por favor I’m sorry you going through that.”
More agreed, writing: “Honestly, I’m not surprised. It really seemed like there was a rift between them last season. I hope the separation doesn’t have to uproot or stress out Frankie in any way.”
Fans said they could also see some signs of tension between the pair from the last season:
“I did feel a little bad for her with how unhelpful Todd was being about finding a new place. I am not surprised they’re getting divorced (though for some reason I thought they’d last a little longer…but in retrospect…yeah the apartment was a big clue).”
More took to social media to say the opposite: “I mean they weren’t my favorite couple but I’m surprised.”
And others said they were “sick” over the news.
