That being said, Thomas Tuchel was gracious after knocking Arsenal out last night, but he did still share his thoughts on what Arsenal were missing.
The Bayern manager was speaking after the game via Arsenal journalist Kaya Kaynak who posted the comments on X.

Thomas Tuchel admitted that Arsenal were an exceptional team who are great to watch, but felt their project was still lacking the necessary experience.
He explained: “For me they are an elite team. I know that Mikel maybe does not want to hear this.
“If you watch Arsenal games it’s consistent, it’s fun to watch, and every match [there is] something to learn. Maybe what they miss a little bit is experience in big games like this.”
Of course, it’s hard to argue with Tuchel’s words to a degree, but this can only be an excuse for Arsenal for so long.
Last season’s title-race was summarised in a similar way, meaning Arteta’s side should do better thus, having recovered from that heartbreak.
All of this delineates why this Saturday’s trip to face Wolverhampton Wanderers will be so crucial.
