Arsenal are likely to be busy in the summer transfer window as Mikel Arteta and Edu seek to bolster their ranks.
The Gunners have done well this season for the most part, remaining in contention for the Premier League title and reaching the Champions League quarter-finals.
However, Arsenal couldn’t get past Bayern Munich in Europe, while their Premier League title hopes have taken a blow in wake of their loss to Aston Villa last week.
Although the Gunners are just two points off the top, Manchester City are notoriously efficient in the run-in, so let’s see what happens on that front.
No matter what happens, Arsenal are certainly improving season on season, and hopefully one more transfer window’s worth of top signings can get them to that elite level.
Now, a report from The Mirror has claimed that the Gunners have a particularly exciting talent at the top of their winger wish-list, one who counts Thierry Henry among his fans.
The player in question is Wolves star Pedro Neto, who Arsenal have been linked with numerous times over the past few years.
According to The Mirror, Neto is ‘is top of their list of potential wide players but they have also scouted Athletic Bilbao winger Nico Williams.’
Neto has been incredible for Wolves over the years, a world-class quality who boasts superb footwork, vision, speed and work-rate.
A recent report from GiveMeSport claimed that Wolves feel £60million is how much they can realistically get for their asset.

The Highbury legend told Sky Sports – as transcribed by The Mirror – back in 2021: “I like him a lot.
“Especially the situation that he found himself in with [Raul] Jimenez being injured and Diogo Jota now playing for the other side tonight.
“It’s not easy to have everything on your shoulders. What I like is he’s not scared to beat people on the outside. I like it. He can cross with his right, finish with his left.
“He’s always looking to have a go and attack the defender – always on the front foot.
“It’s not easy to do this at such a young age, in a team where you’re not often in possession and dominating games. I think he’s performed extremely well.”
Arsenal are so close to being a top team, but there are just a few puzzle pieces to fill in. One of these is on the flanks, and Neto would certainly be a great shout.
