Archie Gray has shared how much he admires one specific Manchester City player.
The 19-year-old is currently fighting to help his Leeds United side win promotion back to the Premier League.
Now though, the midfielder has highlighted one current top-flight figure he particularly likes.
Gray says he loves one Man City player
Speaking in a recent video shared on the Football Manager TikTok channel where he had to blind rank 10 former EFL stars, Gray ranked Jack Grealish in fourth place.
The midfielder described the City winger as an “unbelievable” player and said he placed him fourth as he was the first name to come up in the ranking.
Having worked his way through the youth ranks at Aston Villa, the Englishman made 213 senior appearances for the Midlands club across all competitions, scoring 32 goals and providing 41 assists along the way.
Then in the 2021 summer transfer window, Grealish made his £100m move to City, where he is currently picking up a weekly wage of £300k-a-week.
Since then, the England international has featured in 121 games for Pep Guardiola’s side in all competitions prior to today’s FA Cup semi-final clash against Chelsea.
Across those appearances, the winger has scored 14 goals, supplied 18 assists and won numerous domestic and European trophies.
It’s easy to see why Gray is such a fan of Jack Grealish
To not only become a first-team player for his boyhood club and take them to the top flight of English football, but to then join Guardiola’s side and help them win a Treble, it’s easy to see why Gray is such an admirer of Grealish and what he’s done in his career.
With the winger now having the chance to help his side make history again by potentially winning a fourth consecutive Premier League title in a row, if he were to play a big role in their final league games of the season, Grealish should find himself on the end of even more recognition and praise.
