Both Belle and Thiago were at Wembley yesterday for Chelsea’s FA Cup semi-final defeat against Manchester City.

And it looks like there will be no Wembley redemption for the centre-half, with Belle posting a picture of herself at the stadium yesterday with the caption “the last dance on Wembley”, suggesting that her husband will be leaving Chelsea at the end of the season.
While Chelsea did go on to lose the game, Silva said he was proud of his team-mates after the match.

Yes, and it is nothing to do with sentiment. The fact of the matter is Silva is still Chelsea’s best central defender and proved that once again yesterday.
The former PSG man is just somebody who knows how to deal with danger.
For example, Silva made a total of seven defensive actions during that defeat to City. Only Trevoh Chalobah (eight) made more, according to Sofascore.
If only Chelsea had been able to sign Silva earlier in his career. He could have easily gone on to become a great Chelsea captain.
