President Joe Biden agreed to debate Donald Trump before November's election, and the Republican presumptive nominee responded with bluster about going to head to head right away.

The president had previously set conditions on debating his GOP challenger based on his behavior, but Biden said Friday that he intended at some point to debate Trump, who suggested they face off Friday evening at the courthouse where he's currently standing trial on felony charges of falsifying business records.

"Crooked Joe Biden just announced that he’s willing to debate!" Trump posted on Truth Social during a break in the trial. "Everyone knows he doesn’t really mean it, but in case he does, I say, ANYWHERE, ANYTIME, ANYPLACE, an old expression used by Fighters."

"I suggest Monday Evening, Tuesday Evening, or Wednesday Evening at my Rally in Michigan, a State that he is in the process of destroying with his E.V. Mandate," Trump added, referring to the Biden administration's new rules to accelerate the transition to electric vehicles.

Biden and Trump were both in New York City Friday, where the president took part in an interview with SiriusXM’s Howard Stern after raising money Thursday outside the city with actors Michael Douglas and Catherine Zeta-Jones.

The quadruple-indicted ex-president was sitting in his Manhattan criminal trial, as ordered by the judge.

"In the alternative, he’s in New York City today, although probably doesn’t know it, and so am I, stuck in one of the many Court cases that he instigated as ELECTION INTERFERENCE AGAINST A POLITICAL OPPONENT - A CONTINUING WITCH HUNT!" Trump posted. "It’s the only way he thinks he can win. In fact, let’s do the Debate at the Courthouse tonight - on National Television, I’ll wait around!"
