Photos of the aftermath of the Russian S-300 strike on the specialized psychiatric hospital in Kharkiv have emerged, according to the statement from Oleh Syniehubov, the head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration.

"At the time of the shelling, there were 60 patients and 5 staff members in the medical building. The explosion damaged the dining block, water supply system, and power lines," he said, displaying photos from the scene.

According to him, a 53-year-old patient suffered injuries and received on-site assistance.

"At the moment, all patients have been distributed among the hospital's departments," Syniehubov noted.

Explosions rang out in Kharkiv overnight on April 27. An alarm was sounded in the region.

It has now been revealed that the area between the medical facilities in Saltivskyi district, near the psychiatric hospital, became the epicenter of the fall of two Russian S-300 missiles. Over a thousand people were present during the attack.

Later, the police released a video from the scene of the strike.
