CLEARWATER, Fla. \- Clearwater Police and Clearwater Fire & Rescue responded to a traffic crash just after 1:3o am Sunday in the 1200 block of Gulf Boulevard.
The crash involved a pickup and a tractor-trailer.
Police say one person in the pickup died, and the other was taken to Bayfront Health St. Petersburg with serious injuries.

Gulf Boulevard in the Sand Key area was closed to traffic but has since reopened.
