The Mega Millions jackpot for Tuesday’s lottery drawing has climbed to $306 million with a cash option of $141.6 million.
The drawing will be held at 10:59 p.m. and televised on WABC-7 in New York City and Fox 29 in Philadelphia. NJ.com will publish the winning numbers immediately following the drawing.
While no one across the country hit Friday’s $284 million jackpot, a second-prize, $1 million ticket was purchased in South Dakota.
Friday’s winning numbers were: 6, 13, 15, 53 and 56. The Mega Ball drawn was 11 with a Megaplier of 2x.
Theodds of a $2 ticket winning the Mega Millions jackpot by matching five numbers and the Mega Ball are 302,575,350 to 1.
Players have a 1 in 12,607,306 chance of a ticket matching five numbers but not the Mega Ball and winning at least $1 million. The odds of matching four numbers plus the Mega Ball for a prize valued of at least $10,000 are 931,001 to 1.
Wednesday’s Powerball jackpot is worth an estimated $20 million with a cash option of $9.3 million. A ticket sold in Miami Gardens, Florida hit Monday’s $215 million jackpot.
