Arne Slot, in all likelihood, will become the successor to Jurgen Klopp’s throne at Anfield. There is no question about it, his appointment will raise some eyebrows.

However, it seems like a smart appointment on paper. Slot has an excellent track record and he’s been able to implement an exciting attacking style of play at his previous clubs that is fun and entertaining to watch.

At Liverpool, the expectation will be for Slot to continue doing the same. And that will be music to the ears of the club’s attackers.
