Travis Kelce lands new TV role but fans more bothered about his ring finger

Travis Kelce has landed his first acting role, as he’s set to star in Ryan Murphy’s new horror series, Grotesquerie.

The news comes after the Kansas City Chiefs star landed a role hosting the Amazon show, Are You Smarter Than A Celebrity? It looks like we’ll be seeing Travis Kelce on our screens a lot more in the near future…

Travis Kelce’s journey to Hollywood continues as he joins Grotesquerie cast

Taylor Swift got herself a man who can do both! The highest-paid tight end in the NFL is now making a name for himself off the field as he signs up for yet another TV gig.

The 34-year-old is said to have been cast in the new FX horror series Grotesquerie, actress Niecy Nash told her Instagram followers. He’s reportedly been cast opposite Nash-Betts, Courtney B. Vance, and Lesley Manville in the upcoming series, which has just started production.

Murphy’s series is expected to premiere in the Fall, although no official word has been given on the cast just yet.

Kelce has been picking up more ventures outside the NFL lately, making his SNL hosting debut in 2023, something he said was “a dream come true.”

The star had worked on TV before meeting Swift, hosting his dating show, Catching Kelce. In the show, the NFL star had several single women competing for his love.

Maya Benberry won the star’s heart, and the couple continued to date for a short while after, although it wasn’t meant to be.

Niecy broke the news by recording a clip of her and Travis Kelce behind the scenes or in a meeting for Grotesquerie, telling fans he was joining them.

However, some followers couldn’t help but notice the ring finger on his left hand was, shall we say, occupied? Although not a standard wedding band, it has a lot of bling to it, fans were excited it meant something more than what it was.

Trav just likes his style.

Fingers crossed for one day!

Fans are yet to see a red-carpet appearance from Kelce and Swift

Swifties had their fingers crossed for a red-carpet debut for the celebrity couple at this year’s Met Gala, but unfortunately neither party attended.

The pair also decided to skip the after parties, as neither were in New York. Taylor is said to have been rehearsing for the upcoming European leg of her Eras Tour, which is due to kick off in Paris on May 9.

Kelce, on the other hand, had a busy weekend, first at the Kentucky Derby, and then heading straight to Miami for the Grand Prix.

Maybe the Grotesquerie premiere will be their first!
