Preparations are in full swing for the 2024 Hannington Country Fair which takes place next month.
The popular country show returns to the North Hampshire village on Sunday, June 23, from noon til 4pm.
Proceeds from the fair will be going to Hampshire and Isle of Wight Air Ambulance and there will be a wide variety of food, drink, craft, gift and game stalls.
The fair’s chairman, Tim May, said: “There’s a palpable excitement in the village once again, as we pull together to make sure the 2024 fair is going to be our best ever.
“As well as many of the firm favourites, including all the brilliant stalls, games, and displays that keep people coming back, we also have plenty of new things for people to enjoy on June 23.
“It’s a great day come rain or shine and we look forward to welcoming guests from near and far back to Hannington.”
2024 highlights include the Roaming Smoker, a smoked beef food vendor engineered from repurposed farm machinery, as well as an air ambulance simulator and a performance from Kingsclere Performing Arts.
There will be a raffle and silent auction with prizes ranging from sports tickets, holiday homes, pampering treats, and some gastronomic delights all up for grabs for some lucky winners.
There will also be a dog show, plenty of live music, an array of animal displays, traditional games, as well as the ever-popular tombola, teas and plant sales.
