Russian missile attack on Odesa region: Severe fire broke out, casualties reported

Today's strike by Russian forces in Odesa has resulted in casualties, with individuals already transported to the hospital, according to the mayor of Odesa, Hennadiy Trukhanov, and the head of the Odesa Regional Military Administration, Oleh Kiper.

"Three casualties are known as a result of the attack," wrote the mayor of the city.

According to him, they have been taken to one of the city hospitals.

Trukhanov added that they are being provided with all necessary medical assistance.

Number of wounded increased

According to Kiper, the Russian forces struck the region with missiles. In the Odesa region, one of the missile hits caused a severe fire. Civilian infrastructure has been damaged.

"At the moment, there is information about five casualties. Three people with injuries have been hospitalized, and assistance has been provided on-site to two more," wrote the official.

Today, the Russian troops launched attacks on Odesa. Trukhanov reported explosions in the city.
