Arsenal fans were all left saying the same thing as Jurrien Timber made his Premier League comeback this afternoon against Everton.
The Dutch international last appeared in a professional game for the Gunners back in August in the Premier League opener against Nottingham Forest, where Timber tore his ACL and has been out ever since.
The road to recovery has been a long one for Timber, yet after some impressive performances for the club’s U-21s, the former Ajax star made his long-awaited return to league action this afternoon against Everton.
And a lot of Arsenal fans had the same thing to say about the defender.

Despite not playing a professional game since August, Timber was impressive from the bench as Arsenal managed to end the season with a late win against Everton, with Manchester City securing the title with a 3-1 victory against West Ham.
With the Dutch international set to have the summer off having been passed up for the Netherlands’ Eurp 2024 squad, next season will be a massive one for Timber upon his full return to action with Arsenal.

Indeed, Arsenal know the have a big talent on their hands in Timber, who today showed he has the quality to really impress in the Premier League and to play a key role for Mikel Arteta next season.
And fans on social media were impressed with what they saw from Timber, with Arsenal supporters quickly warming to the defender despite playing just two Premier League games this season.
