Martin Odegaard makes Premier League title claim that will leave Arsenal fans excited

Martin Odegaard has made a Premier League title claim that will make Arsenal fans excited for the new season.

The Gunners were unable to end the year on a high as Manchester City claimed a 3-1 win against West Ham to secure their fourth Premier League title in a row under Pep Guardiola.

Whilst Arsenal managed their own victory on the day against Everton, it wasn’t enough to bring the title back to north London for the first time in 20 years, with Odegaard bagging two assists against the Toffees.

Yet the Norwegian international issued an exciting title claim to fans after the game.

Odegaard states intention to return to Arsenal better than ever

Speaking to fans after the match, Odegaard stated his intention to return later this summer hungrier than ever for Arsenal, with the Gunners clearly pumped to get going again in the Premier League.

Having gone so far to push City to their limit, to end the season with nothing will come as a blow for Arsenal, who set numerous club records this season on their way to challenging the Manchester giants.

Indeed, Arsenal can be proud of what they’ve achieved this season, and with signs from this game alone such as Jurrien Timber returning, next year could be a massive one for the north London side.

“I think you all believe in us now. To be honest I can’t wait to come back after the break. We have to use the break to come back even stronger, even more hungry, and push to win everything.”

Arsenal could be unstoppable next season with the right signings

Given the age of Arsenal’s squad and how far the Gunners pushed City this season, there’s a real chance that the north London side could be unstoppable next year with the right signings.
