Mauricio Pochettino admitted that one Chelsea player did something in Sunday’s win against Bournemouth that he never practices in training.
Chelsea beat Bournemouth 2-1 today at Stamford Bridge on the final day of the Premier League season.
Moises Caicedo and Raheem Sterling scored the Blues goals that made it five straight wins to end the campaign. As a result, the Blues end up finishing sixth in a year that they’ve spent most of it in mid-table for.
Mauricio Pochettino and his team can now put their feet up to watch next Saturday’s FA Cup final between Manchester City and Manchester United. If Man City win the final, Chelsea enter the Europa League next season. But if Man United win, the Blues go into the Europa Conference League.

Blues head coach Pochettino was full of praise for Caicedo in his post-match interview after the final day win at home to Bournemouth.
He was left in awe of the 22-year-old’s remarkable opening goal on Sunday. His long-range shot from just inside the opposition’s half looped into the net and marked his first goal for the club in some style.
Pochettino told BBC Match of the Day: “Amazing, amazing goal. I haven’t seen too many goals like this. That is his talent. We do not train this type of situation.”
Moises Caicedo ends season in form supporters hoped
Aside from his wonder goal on Sunday, Caicedo put in the same kind of destructive performance in midfield that’s become customary in the last couple of months.
It’s always going to be very difficult for him to shake off the mammoth £115m price tag (Sky Sports) following his move from Brighton to Chelsea last summer. However, the central midfielder has started to look more and more imposing as his debut season at Stamford Bridge has gone on.
