Death toll rises to 7 in Russian attack on recreational base near Kharkiv (t.me/synegubov)

The death toll has risen to 7 after Russia attacked a recreation center near Kharkiv, according to the head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration Oleh Syniehubov.

"Units of the diving service of the SES (State Emergency Service - ed.) in the village of Cherkaska Lozova found fragments of a man's body. The data is being established," Syniehubov reports.

As of now, 28 people are known to have been injured.

Strike on recreation center

Yesterday, May 19, two explosions rocked Kharkiv. Later, local authorities reported that Russian troops had targeted a cemetery and a popular recreation center.

They also hit the recreation center in the village of Cherkaska Lozova twice with Iskander-M missiles. The second attack took place after medics and rescuers arrived at the scene.
