Wisbech parkrun is the scene for Three Counties Running Club members

This weekend saw Three Counties Running Club members, friends and family turn out en mass to Wisbech Parkrun to support a group of four who decided to run a marathon with a difference.

Tracy Pratt, Tracey Else, Tracy Adams and Debbie Agger after the former was diagnosed with secondary breast cancer in her spine back in November 20233 and told that she wouldn't be able to run anymore.

The four, dressed in inflatable boob costumes, were raising money for a charity called Make Seconds Count which gave Tracy a lot of support.

The marathon started at Wisbech parkrun and they carried on the rest of the 26.2 miles around the Fenland area.

Friends and club members popped up on route to encourage the ladies and then waited at the park ready to see them cross the finish line and celebrate.

They all did incredibly well to finish in just over six hours, raising more than £2400 in the process.

Club members joined in with the parkrun and their times were: Rickie Trundle 19:36 3rd/189, James Hall 22:13 (PB) 10th, Jonathan Quail 24:10, Lauren Day 25:20, Simon Killen 25:23, Jayne Spurrier 25:34, Naomi Smith 27:25, Claire Smithee 27:26, Donna Johnson 28:13, Sarah Melton-Whitelam 28:37, Craig Freestone 28:38, Anna Holland 29:17, Laura Vincent 29:36, Les Phillips 29:41, Ewa Szczygielska 30:39, Steve Whitelam 30:42, Sarah Lamb 31:01, Rachael Elliot 31:24 (PB), Anneli Killen 31:53, Vicki Newton 31:54, Jennie Ambrose 33:31 (CPB), Janette Smith 34:29, Louise West 34:30PB, AJ Harris 36:28, Tracy Pratt 40:03, Tracey Else 40:04, Tracy Adams 40:05, Debbie Agger 40:06, Phil Newton 40:13, Sarah-Jane Macdonald 44:10 and Kim Coultard 44:12.
